While most cities in Utah have seen a small amount of depreciation as of the end of the 3rd Quarter this year, Real Estate in Logan Utah has seen an increase in value of 4.55% so far.  For the 3rd quarter the appreciation was only 1.11%.
Throughout the Nation, Logan is ranked number 8 in overall appreciation. It is the only community in the state of Utah to be ranked in the top 100 appreciating cities in the country.
Iis still a great time to search for Logan Utah Real Estate. Homes for sale in Cache Valley are still moving fairly well but it surely is a buyer's market. Rates at very low rates and there still are a good number of first time home buyer programs as well as other loan programs.

For those of you looking to buy foreclosure homes in Logan UT or any other area in Ut, HUD Homes are a great way to go. What is a HUD home? Homes that have an FHA Loan on them that have been foreclosed on.
Housing & Urban Development (HUD) then turn around and list the homes with a local realtor and hire a company to oversee a bid process on the home. Buyers can, through and agent, bid online on the homes at a discounted value. Owner Occupant buyers can bid first and if no bids are accepted it is then opened up to Real Estate Investors.
